SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

Effective May 1, 2026

This policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders, and describes our position on returns, refunds, and cancellations. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms below.

1. Order Processing

Product is normally shipped same day if order received before 2PM EST. Product is shipped in padded envelope to ensure safety.

Additional processing details:

Orders received after 2PM EST are processed and shipped the following business day.
Orders received on weekends or nationally observed holidays are processed on the next business day.
Orders may be delayed if payment verification is required, if the shipping address supplied at checkout is incomplete, or during periods of unusually high order volume.
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed, and a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your package leaves our facility. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not see these emails.

2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

All orders are shipped in a padded envelope to protect the contents in transit. We use UPS and USPS regularly. The carrier and service level assigned to your order may depend on the destination address, package weight, and the shipping option selected at checkout.

3. Estimated Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery depends on carrier and location. We are not in control of third party carriers; we use UPS and USPS regularly.

Delivery estimates provided at checkout or by the carrier are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Transit times may be affected by weather, carrier backlogs, holiday volume, customs processing, and other events outside of our control. Once a package has been handed to the carrier, the carrier controls the delivery timeline.

4. Shipping Rates & Restrictions

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and are based on the destination, package weight, and the service selected. Shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has shipped.

Flat-rate shipping of $15 applies to all domestic orders. / Shipping is calculated in real time by the carrier at checkout.
Free shipping is available on domestic orders over $600.
We ship within the [United States] only. We do not currently ship internationally.
We are unable to ship to [P.O. boxes / APO and FPO addresses / freight forwarders].
Any duties, taxes, or customs fees assessed on a shipment are the responsibility of the recipient.
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Undeliverable Packages

Once a package has been accepted by the carrier, it is in the carrier's custody. We are not in control of third party carriers and are not responsible for delays, miss-delivery, loss, or theft that occurs after a package leaves our facility. That said, we want you to receive your order, and we will help you pursue a resolution.

Delayed or missing in transit: if tracking has not updated for [5] business days, email us and we will assist you in opening a trace or claim with the carrier.
Marked delivered but not received: please check with others at the address and with your local carrier facility, then contact us. Carriers frequently mark packages delivered up to 24 hours before the package physically arrives.
Stolen after delivery: packages confirmed delivered by the carrier are considered fulfilled. We are not able to issue replacements for packages stolen after delivery, but we will provide the documentation you need to file a claim with the carrier.
Incorrect address: if a package is returned to us as undeliverable because of an address error made at checkout, we can reship it once the correct address is provided; the customer is responsible for the additional shipping charge.
Refused delivery: packages refused at delivery and returned to us are not eligible for a refund of the original shipping charge.

6. Refunds & Returns
